We Offer a 30 Day Kids Electric Vehicle Battery Warranty

We have never had an issue with a battery in one of our kids electric vehicles. However, we do get asked about batteries & battery quality before people order – so we thought we would generate a blog post about this matter.

Kids Electric Cars provide a 30 day warranty for the rechargeable batteries which we provide with the children’s ride-on toys we sell online. In each and every sale the battery will be checked by our staff before despatch where the battery is fully tested.

If, in the very unlikely event that the battery becomes non-usable due to a fault with the battery then the customer will be liable for delivery charge incurred to get the replacement battery sent out to you. Kids Electric Cars will provide the battery free of charge, but the delivery charge must be met by the customer. This is as we have stated as long as the battery is within the 30 day warranty period. After the warranty period, the customer is then liable to pay for the battery and shipping cost. Well we hope we have cleared all that up!
